Return & Exchange Guidelines
We aim to give you a reliable, high-quality shopping experience. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange by following the policy details below.
1. Canceling an Order
- You can cancel an order at no cost within 24 hours after it is placed, as long as the item has not been shipped yet.
- Once the order has moved into shipping, cancellation can no longer be completed. Please reach out to customer service as soon as possible for help.
2. After-Sales Support Window
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
- A return or exchange request may be submitted within 15 days from the date the package is shown as “delivered.”
- Requests made after this timeframe cannot be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange Click the “Customer Service” icon at the lower-right corner of our site to speak with our online support team and share the details below:
- Order number
- Contact email address
- Description of the problem (📸 Tip: Add photos of the item, clearly showing the issue and packaging, so we can handle your case more quickly) After review, we will send you the return address and next instructions.
4. Return & Exchange Eligibility To protect product quality and resale condition, returned items must satisfy all of the following requirements:
- Unused: No evidence of wearing, washing, alterations, damage, or use.
- Tags Attached: Original hangtags, security tags, and related labels must remain attached and undamaged.
- Packaging Complete: Original packaging, such as dust bags or gift boxes, must be kept intact.
- Clean Condition: No stains, smells, or other customer-caused damage. To maintain a positive shopping experience for everyone, items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for return or exchange. Thank you for cooperating.
5. Return & Exchange Steps Return Steps:
- Contact customer service to open a return request.
- Send your order information and item photos.
- After approval, customer service will provide the return address and instructions.
- The customer must choose a suitable shipping method and pay return shipping costs, including taxes and customs fees.
- After our warehouse checks the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Exchange Steps:
- Contact customer service to start an exchange request.
- Provide the size, color, or specifications for the replacement item you want.
- Customer service will check availability and arrange the exchange. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss other options.
6. Refund Details
- When the warehouse confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refund timing depends on the payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunds will be sent back to the original account within 7 business days, with exact timing depending on the issuing bank.
- PayPal: Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 48 hours after processing.
7. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping charges, including international shipping taxes and customs fees, are the customer’s responsibility.
- Please use a shipping method that includes customs clearance and related fees, and keep your tracking information.
- We do not accept return packages shipped with “cash on delivery.”

- Customized products, intimate apparel, and clearance accessories cannot be returned or exchanged; these items will be clearly identified on the product page.
- Please inspect items carefully before sending them back, as we are not responsible for returns involving products that are not from our company.
